c. International Shipping

Heddalawas ships to most countries around the world. However, some remote or restricted regions may not be eligible for delivery.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their respective countries. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery.

If your order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect shipping information, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping costs.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s official website.

2. Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please note that certain items, such as final sale products, custom-made dresses, or intimate apparel, are non-returnable for hygiene and manufacturing reasons.

  4. A clear photo of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective)

c. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

d. Inspection and Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection to confirm eligibility.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred size, color, or style.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.

6. Non-Delivery and Incorrect Address

Heddalawas is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or missed delivery attempts.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
